Thanks. Things are going over all well, had a few mild temp spikes (nothing to 101.5) but the biggest thing is that the gas is killing me.
i just seem to be having quite a problem with passing the gas and it is building up quite a bit of pressure.

Hope you are not in too much discomfort - walking helps with the gas - also gas x - that and constipation are two of the worst things to deal with after surgery - hope you are doing okay.
Warm Regards - Tammy -

Congradulations   Dr. Tishler is a great DR isn't he.  Do you go to the support meetings., I do and the new format is great where they divide into groups.  Feel free to PM ma anytime I love writing to folks who are doing this journey and especially Dr. Tishler Patients

I am doing fairly well. I am a bit sore from pulled muscles in that area from a cough i had shortly after the surgery. Also i had a hematoma in the largest of the incisions on my side that had to be reopened up, and then became infected. I have been taking antibiotics and having a VNA nurse pack it daily. It sounds worse than it really is, but i really just want it to heal and be past this phase of things.
