J's Food Log & K's Exercise Log - WEDNESDAY
Good Morning Everybody,
It was good post op meeting last night and Tammy L did an excellent job to give lecture about exercise and muscles. Also she did showed us how to exercise. For Pre- op or Post- op people who needs someone to show properly exercise or need some advices about exercise then Tammy L is the right person to answer this since she had this surgery. She knows how hard to do exercise as pre-op people but she will give you good advice .

Hi Towanda!! Good for you! I'm very proud of you, that's terrific.
I tried to exercise yesterday morning. I brought my son to the gym and I was 5 minutes into the eliptical trainer, and he had a poop. So, I had to get off, change him, and once he saw me, it was history. He freaked out and we had to leave.
Today we are going to try to walk together (him in the stroller) and see how far we get. Hopefully I can get out for an hour walk, maybe a quick stop at the library, come home and do my weights and abs. I have to work today from 12-9, so we'll be taking off soon.
My weight has been up and down the same 4 pounds for a month now. I'm getting a little discouraged. I'm upping the water and being VERY conservative with the carbs. See how that works.
B - 1 1/2 egg with 1/2 slice cheese
L - lettuce, carrot & 3 oz. pork with dressing (salad)
D - chicken with tomato sauce and broccoli
S - sf popscicle and protein bar
I had a blast last night, and hope to see you all again soon!
Tammy
Thanks Tammy!
I am hoping for consistency.
It means a lot to me that I have others pulling for me with my exercise efforts.
I need all the help/gentle pushing/encouragment/mentoring, etc I can get!
I mean to make this happen...one day at a time.
So for today...I am done and feel great about it!
and...
Here's to more timely poopy diapies!

Kathy,
Thanks for the compliment! I had so much fun last night, it's wonderful to see familiar faces.
Kathy, you overwhelmed me with how beautiful you aree. You were always pretty, but somehow that inner beauty has come right out to the surface, and even makes your eyes *twinkle.* You are an inspiration to us all.
