Hi CT! I have struggled with exercise from the get-go. I try then stop...no real consistency at all. I have been asking for help of late to find some FUN exercise that I will be willing to do on a continual basis. I NEED FUN IN MY LIFE! No more sitting on the sidelines watching the world live! And I fully understand that exercise is paramount for successful weightloss long-term! This puppy is NOT planning on gaining the weight back! NoSireeBob! Being a shy person ****il you get to know me...then watch out...!)...I have a hard time asking for what I might need. I know I am not alone here. so...I am going out of the box here... and asking for a big shout-out! I actually did the Leslie Sansone 2 mile workout just now! THANK YOU JOANIE for reminding me I had the 1-3 mile tapes of Leslie's! I am hoping it is the beginning of a routine that will become a consistent part of my life... Next on my list is the water aerobics... Thanks to Tammy for all her encouragement as well! and... it helps with the stress of having to listen to my neighbors kid pound on his drums all day while their yapper of a dog barks! Hi Towanda... I have the same problem...I hate to exercise (except skiing). But since I love to swim I plan on taking water aerobics as soon as my surgeon clears me to work out!! I think it'll be a fun way to get in shape!! Have a great day. Kim K.
