Good Morning Everybody,
Hope all of you had a great weekend with wonderful weather!!! I had a wonderful weekend with my family and friends this past weekend! Kim Happy Anniversary !!! Cannot wait to see you again on Sept 24th! I am looking forward to see old and new faces tonight at Post Op meeting in Middlesex Hospital. I went for job 3 miles on SAturday and yesterday. I did weightlift for full body on Sunday.Today I will do powerwalking for 3 miles during my lunch hour at work.
B- Low fat Slim Fast protein drink
S handful of cashews and load of fluids
L roll of ham with mozz stick with spicy mustard, 1/4 cup of cottage cheese
S Nectar protien drink and protein bar
D will go out with my friend after post op meeting

Thats ok Kathy. I am surprised that you can type at all at 5:33 in the morning. I was still snoring then!
B - 3 oz yogurt
L - small salad (beans, tuna, cheese)
S - rest of yogurt
D - turkey & bean soup
S - south beach bar
No gym for me today, I have been 5 straight days and I think my old muscles could use a break. Maybe I will do this belly dancing tape I like though, its supposed to give you a nice defined waist line. What a miracle that would be!

We had a fun and active weekend! Back to reality!
I will see a lot of you this evening at the post op meeting at Middlesex and I can't WAIT! I have a lot of useful exercises for everyone that can be done anywhere you go, without a lot of toys and gadgets. ;)
I'm hitting the gym in a few minutes to use the eliptical trainer, then weights.
B - Peanut butter on 1 slice of bread
L - romaine lettuce, carrots and pork
D - protein bar
S - apple (not sure what else)
Lots of water

Hello everyone:
I had a great long weekend. I was off on Friday and again today. Thanks so much Kathy, I had a wonderful anniversary too. I got alot of nice cards and some gifts from my cousins and my hubby and daughter too.
This weekend was alittle crazy with eating. Got sick a couple of times but I am ok now. Ate a couple of things I shouldn't of. Now I will know better next time. Picnics are tough. Too much food.
B: none (got up late)
S: propel water
L: Some potato salad
S: None
D: Probably cheese and crackers or some chicken and veggies
S: not sure
Did my usual exercise tapes and my walking too. Up to 4 miles now. I am so proud of myself. Today is such a beautiful day today, I will go out again when Erin gets home.

Hi Folks! Hope the first day back from a long weekend wasn't too stressfull.
B 3oz's london broil
S string cheese stick
L 3 mild chicken wings ( Just the drumsticks),2 tablespoons of baby peas.
D Will make Tuna salad with a small salad.
Lots of Cystal Light and Green Tea. I bailed out of the picnic yesteday. Just couldn't handle another eating fest! Had a salad for for supper yesteday. No gym today, went yesterday. Will hop on the Nordic trac for a bit after supper. Have a great nite!
