Guess I got here first today. Hope everyone is having a good day! B 3oz burger with slice of LF cheese L 3oz' calimar salad D Heading to mom in laws's for yet another cook out. Not sure what I will be grilling there but I know a small salad will be part of my meal. Funny how people don't eat the way they used to anymore, have a frig full of leftovers from the past 2 cookouts I have been to this weekend and I'm sure there will be more after tonight. Making sure I bring home good stuff and leave desserts and carbs behind.. Went to gym with my son, place was packed this morning but got our workout in. Heading out to ride my bike for a bit before heading to mom in laws. You all have a great day! Julio

My gym was packed today too! I guess everyone felt like working out today. There were actual lines at some machines, which is never the case at my small gym. Anyhoo, doing better food wise today. B - 3 oz yogurt S - South Beach bar L - turkey & bean soup S - nuts D - 2 stewed chicken wings. As I write this, I have had like 3 oz of liquids today, waaay behind. I hope to get in at least 48 ozs today if I really work at it.

Hi Christine, I tell you. Thank God for suger free ice pops. and those little envelops of suger free Cyrstal Light stuff you put into your water bottle. Having them keeps me quite hydrated. The Lipton Green Tea is also quite good.Wal Mart has their brands as well at quite the savings. Use them all and work great! Take care and SIP, SIP, SIP! Julio

Hi Joanie! Hope you had a good holiday. I don't know if the green tea is natrually decaffinated. I can only say that I drink it alot and seem to stay hydrated because you can tell when your not. I saw an advertisment for Snapple white green tea and it said it was decaffinated . Take Care and have a great day! Julio
