1 year post-op

Whelp, Here I am 1 year post-op and i think i still cant believe I made it...to the hospital for the surgery,thru the healing,past the liquid stage to soft food and remembering that 1st tasty egg,Thru the doors of a gym thinking to myself they are going to look at me and wondering why did I decide to come now,Thru the day when rushing made me a lil sick all the way to now....its been such a wonderful journey.I am happier beyond words to say I am still here and like is much better. I started at 460lbs Today I am 282 I got a lil ways to go but that goal is closer than ever before...for those of you in the process good luck and its worth it!!!! Erica 460/282 1year post op!

Erica, Congrats on being 1 year out!!! From someone who has not yet had surgery, I loved your post!! hahaha Im sure I will be feeling all those same emotions!!!
