Food Log

Hi Folks! Sorry I got the food log on so late, A very Full day today! B Poached egg with slice of LF american cheese L Family Picnic so "Grazed" a little but just a taste of things. A bit of Spanish roast pork, small piece of marinated London Broil,A tablespoon of Spanish Rice, A taste of Calimar salad. All this took place over 3 hours. D Nothing as I'm still stuffed from lunch. Left the house at 4am to help out at friends bakery in town, got back at 8:00 am to pick up family to head to Sears to buy tires for wife's car. I take them with me and have my garage mount them. Next was a stop at a friends house in Ansonia to drop off my old cell phone. His dog chewed up his wife's phone and since we all got new one's here we gave her one of our old ones. Next was brothers house in Monroe for picnic. Got to play "Pool Boy" , cleaning the pool. Nice to be out there in a suit and getting nothing but cudo's for how I'm doing on my Journey. Swam with the gang , then talked and laughed with family. Was a good day. Back by 6 to take care of My beagle. Sheesh! What a Day ! With Gas at 3 bucks a gallon try to get as much in as I can with every trip. Tomorrow Picnic in Stratford with friends. Will try to do better than today. Take care , have a great Holiday! Julio

Hey Julio, Looking good buddy. Busy day for us today too. Went to Maritime Center for the day with our daughter. Then grocery shopping at Stew Leonards in Norwalk and then home to Stop and Shop in Milford. I am having my cousins over tomorrow for a picnic. Monday is our anniversary so we went to the mall tonight for some shopping, we split up for an hour and all shopped. My daughter was so cute she had to use her money from doing chores to get us something from her. Beautiful day today. Really enjoyed the day walking around the Maritime Center and then going shopping. Lots of walking. I even walked up three flights of stairs in the parking garage with no problems. I feel so great about that. WOOO HOOO!!!! B: Dunkin Donuts Ice Coffee with Splenda S: Rest of coffee L: some crackers S: rest of coffee D: Lean Cuisine Meal with shrimp and angelhair pasta S: none Drank some propel water today and crystal light orange flavor too.
