Guess what I forget to bring to work today.... my lunch oh well I was busy to get my kids ready to go back to school this morning. I have to get used this back to school stuffs

Hi Everyone,
Darn! I overslept for my cardio class this morning at 5:30 am! I will have to leave work a little early tonight for the PM class. I also couldn't make it to my sculpting class last night so will have to make that up on Thursday! This getting the kids ready for back to school is the pits!
B- coffee
S- Atkins shake
L- Cheese and a few crackers
D- Pork chops (I think)
S- Carb smart ice cream

I have been a snacking fiend lately, over eating b/c of stress and hormones. I am trying to get back on track today. I've gained 4 lbs so that is my motivation.
Gyn today, 60 minutes cardio, must do the dreaded weights today. Have a great day everyone!

Hi All!
I have to work today from 1-10p.m. so I already went to the gym and did treadmill and weights. Feel much better - it's amazing what a little exercise can do for ya!
The kids started school today! It's wonderful to get into a routine again!!

L - hamburg with tomato sauce
D - salad with chicken
S - fat free fudgscicle and some sort of protein

Hope everyone is having a good hump day!
B: protein bar (tried a new one and didn't like it so much!)
L: 3 oz of pasta with a meatball
S: Isopure
D: not sure, but keeping it light since I am going to have a heavy lunch.
S: simply smart milk
Its crappy out, so I will walk with the Leslie Sansone DVD tonight. I am starting a Yoga class at our local YWCA in a couple of weeks, I can't wait!!

D It's Turkey dog nite!! LOL no bun with salad
Worked out at gym. My son started school yesterday so on my own during the week as far as gym. Hope everyone has a great day.
