Good Morning Everybody I am tired this morning after my very busy weekend. I have to take my son to Dentist this afternoon. B- protein drink S Protein bar and load of fluid L chili with ceddar cheese D cod with green beans and small salad S Nectar protein drink and simple smart milk before I go to bed Will go gym for weight for upper and lower today during my lunch hour and will jog with my dog after dinner tonight Kathy K

Hi All, Today I am going to be very good as far as carbs go. B- Coffee S- Atkins shake L- Taking my daughter out for lunch, so not sure D- Chicken S- Carb smart Ice cream I will be at the gym from 6:00-8:30 pm tonight. I will take my regular cardio on fire class and then I want to do an hour of Pilates. Have a great day everyone and please make time in your day for a prayer for those in the path of Katrina. Happy Monday! I ate terribly at my picnic this Saturday but I made up for it by walking 6 miles yesterday. B - half a South Beach Bar L - Tuna salad D - probably the salad bar at Ruby Tuesday after the meeting Atkins and water during the day. Hope to see many of you at the meeting tonight!

Morning! I am preparing for the meeting tonight in Middlesex, bringing my daughter to her open house at school, and bringing my mom to her cardiologist at 11;00. I don't think I'm going to make it to the gym today (plus I have killer cramps, being a girl isn't all that sometimes!!). I'll be talking about fitness at the meeting tonight, does that count? ;) Since it's my birthday (yes, I'm 38 today - why does that sound so much older than 37??) and normally, I would eat like crap to celebrate any holiday, I am not quite sure what to do with myself. I'm going out tonight with everyone after the meeting, eating the salad bar, so probably some high protein for lunch, and not sure about breakfast yet. Still need to hit the grocery store! My parents brought over a cake last night. Very nice of them, but I can't eat it. I took one tiny bite, and honestly, my first thought was....gross. A lot has changed in the past year! Hi Folks!, B 1/2 cup Kashi Crunch cereal with 1/2 cup skim milk S string cheese stick L Toppings off 1 slice of cheese pizza S Met-RX Protien drink. D Broccoli and cheese keesh, small salad Went to gym after work, Mondays are always the toughest but I got thru it! Hope everyone has a great day!
