B 1 poached egg with slice of LF cheese
S Protien Drink
L Going to Chicken and Chowder BBQ for a local organization so will stick to the chicken,3 to 4 ounces tops
D It's my night off cooking so whatever the Wife picks up after church
Went to gym with my son , got a good work out in and afterwards we went clothes shopping. Take care all!

Good Morning Everyone,
I am a day late on my food log posting. Yesterday I was out all day with my cousin. We went to Walmart in Guilford then to the Meriden Mall twice. The first time to shop, the second time to retrieve my wallet I had lost in one of the stores. Oh boy what an advernture. My three wonderful cousins who are like my sisters were with me through all of this. The store manager was so sweet to me, he held it locked up in a cabinet til I got there. Thank god nothing was taken.
Anyway here are my logs for Saturday and Sunday.
SATURDAY:
B: egg omelet with feta, tomato and bacon
S: some coffee with splenda and cream
L: frozen yogurt
S: rest of yogurt
D: Mac and cheese lowfat sourcream and cheeses
S: none
SUNDAY
B: Atkins protein shake
S: cheesesticks
crystal light orange drink
L: Not sure going to my motherinlaws
S: none
D: probably some chickensalad
S: probably sf icecream
Did a lot of walking on Saturday all day long. Last night just vegged when got home. Long day shopping for school with Erin. Today will do my usual exercise tape and maybe some walking, its really muggy out today. Lots of fluids today!!!!

Hi Pattie--its good to see you posting. I have been MIA for a while...
B-rye toast with melted cheese (no crust)
S-1/2 cup of cottage cheese
L-side salad (from Wendys) with perdue low fat chicken
S-protein bar (has anyone tried the Kashi "roll" bars--they are good..forgot to ck the carbs tho)
D-tuna salad--cucumbers and tomatos
