Hello all. I came home yesterday after Wednesdays lap-banding and am still plenty sore.. trying not to overdo it on the pain-killers, although they are such tempting little things.... Thank you to all who helped get me this far. See you soon - here and elsewhere! Mary M.

You should refrain from singing Opera for a few days. Also, parachuting and bungee jumping should be put off for a while. Sewing sayings on towels is always good exercise though. You know, "...and the horse you rode in on", "It this house we pray after we eat", "My other car is a trailer", etc. Dave
