Thank god Today it is Friday but it will be very busy weekend for us... I will go to my high school 20 yrs reunion tomorrow and we will go our niece's birthday party on Sunday
B- cold chicken with some cube mozz cheese
S Nectar protien drink and water
L Tuna tomatoes and one mozz stick cheese
S protein bar and water
D Have not decide yet but I will go for haircut tonight
S Simple smart milk and water
will go on jog/walk during my work hour

Hi Everyone!
Kathy..have fun at your reunion!!
I am going to the gym again today and then meeting my son to look for a car for him.
Anyone know of agood car for a teen that they are selling...that he can buy for 3 to 4 thousand dollars? He has worked so hard all summer...and now cannot find a car he likes. Of course--he needs to lower his standards a bit--but he'll learn!
OK..here is what I am eating today--or the plan anyway
NO CARBS...NO CARBS!!! I find myself picking again at night...which I know is bad. Where is all my disapline??
B-Cottage cheese
L-Chicken---4 oz...
S-protein drink
D-out to dinnner with my kids...burger no bun..and salad!
No eating after 7pm...

Good Morning All:
Its a beautiful day outside today, I can't wait to get out and walk. My husband is going to a Yankee Game tomorrow with his best friend, so my cousin and I are going shopping with Erin. Her daughter is going to the game too. Erin is alittle disappointed she wanted to go too, so I am going to spoil her tomorrow since she can't go.
Well hope everyone is having a great day today and Have a wonderful weekend. I hope the weather stays this way all weekend.

Lots of propel waters today and crystal lights. Do my walking tonight at home and my exercise tape too. I love it when its cool out like this.

Happy Friday Guys!
My job picnic is tomorrow and I am a little nervous. My eating tends to be bad at social gatherings, but I am going in determined to enjoy myself but not over do it.
B - none
S - decaf iced latte
L - 3 oz chicken breast
D - tuna & egg salad w/ 5 crackers
I will sneak in an Atkins shake and lots of water in there somewhere. After work its off to the gym for about 45 minutes of cardio.

Today is Friday and it is a freaken ghost town here at work. So slacking off, I am!!
Today is my 4 month anniversary. I am down 67 lbs. I can't believe it. I will measure myself this weekend - but so far I am 53 inches down and 4 sizes down!
B: South Beach Bar
L: 2 oz grilled chix with 1 oz pasta
S: 10 oz Isopure
S: 4oz yogurt
D: I am not sure - prob turkey and cheese on a half slice of wheat toast.
S: (if I can get it in) 8oz Simply Smart Milk
Friday is my day off for exercising, however, it is so nice, I might go outside for a walk tonight.

B GNC Protien shake made with non fat milk (40 grams Protien}
L Toppings off 1 slice of works pizza. A bit of peppers,bacon,onion roast beef with sauce and motzz.
D At the moment still full from lunch. Will probably just have a small salad.
No gym today.Will just go for a bike ride and enjoy the sun. Hope everyone has a nice evening!
