hungry more frequent

Hello everyone, I am 20 months out of the surgery and in that intrim have lost 130 pounds and had a healthy 7 pound baby girl who is absolutey beautiful and healthy. My problem now is my weight loss has slowed down, have no appetite sometimes for days, or I have a an appetite like before the surgery. Can you gain any weight back? Could this slow down in weight be because of my lack consistency in my eating patterns. I'm still losing my hair. Is all this normal? I still have 60 pounds to lose and am very frustrated!!!!!
