Good Morning Gangs YES It is %;24 am this morning!!!!! I am morning person!!! Anyway I will be jogging tonight after supper since the weather is much cooler!! I will do lower for weight lifts in gym at work during my lunch time I am so happy to plant beautiful bushes in front of my yard and they look pretty . What is more... got four big Mums flowers to put there too which reminds me that The fall season is around the corner. That means I will reach my 1 year anniversary since I had my surgery. Time went by fast!!! Six more days until my kids go back to school!!!! I am counting on it for them HAHA!!! B scramble egg with ceddar cheese S profect protein beverage and water L Egg sald on top of salad S Protein bar and water D Cod with green beans S Simple smart milk and nectar protien drink after exercise! Morning Folks, B Spinich/cheese omlette ( 1 egg,1 slice LF cheese,tablespoon spinich) L 2oz's grilled pork ,few slices of steamed carrot. D Have the eggplant parm in the oven, No gym today, just went to get some chest X rays for a forthcoming physcal. Will hit the Nordic Trak before bed. Take Care, Julio

Hi All, Well Kathy, You are not alone at this hour of the morning! I have a lot of trouble sleeping late. Today I am trying once again to avoid carbs. B- Atkins shake S- Grapes L- Meatloaf S- Atkins Shake D- Maybe egg salad also since I will be working until 6:00 pm tonight. S- Carb smart butter pecan ice cream ( my new favorite). For exercise today I plan on walking with the dogs this morning. Maybe to the gym after work unless we decide to go to Kohl's for some more school shopping. Sandy

Have been a naughty girl this week thus far. No gym, no enough water or protein. I am getting back on track today. B - 1/2 South Beach Bar L - small salad: beans, egg, tuna, etc. D - no idea, maybe some tuna salad S - Blue Bunny pop (no sugar added) Atkins shake and crystal light all day. I need to get my liquids way up, I've only been doing about 40 ozs the past few days. Will be doing my 60 minutes of cardio today, maybe I'll wait on the weights.

Good Morning All, Its a busy day today, we are having our annual Health Fair at the Center today, alot of seniors are here. So we are busy, busy, busy. B: Atkins Vanilla Cream Protein Shake S: rest of shake L: Probably chicken broth and some crackers S: protein bar D: not sure yet S: not sure yet Last night had chinese food for the first time since surgery and boy did I get sick. I don't know what I did wrong but it all came back up. I was in so much pain too. Have a great day everyone, hopefully today is a better one. Hugs KimC
