J's Food Log & K's Exercise Log- Tuesday
Good Morning Everybody
Sorry I was so busy this past weekend and yesterday too. I want to say THANK YOU to Julio who puts our Food/Exercise Log for Joanie and me.
I cannot wait my kids to go back to school because they already had enough summer vacation and are boring now! They are ready to get ready to go back to school on Aug 31st!
B- chilli with ceddar cheese ( was rush this morning and warmed up that foods at work Hee Hee)
S Nectar protien drink and water
L Tuna salad with some cherry tomatoes
S protein bar and water
D Chef salad
S Nectar protein drink and simple smart milk and some water too
will go exercise at work for an hour cardio for 40 min and do upper for weight lift

Hey Kathy,
Glad to see you back posting. I have also been busy the last few days so I have not posted either! I had quite an intense workout last night. 2 and 1/2 hours to be exact! The gym has an open house all this week and special classes are offered. I did my cardio class which was unbelivable. We had 4 instructers who each took a segment of time and did their speciality such as kickboxing, step, funk, swing and weights. It was an absolute blast! Then I took the yogalates class which was a combination of yoga and pilates. I loved it but not sure if I can do that every week! I think my family would frown on me spending 2 1/2 hours at the gym on Mondays! Especially since I go pretty much every day. Today I will go for my cardio on the machines and an express weight session.Tonight I have my regular sculpting class, It is titled boot camp for tonight so I am sure it will be very intense! Eating is Ok, but needs wor****ep falling into the carb trap! I will be very careful today!

No exercise today, busy tonight and have been getting in late the past few nights. Maybe I will do some aorobics at home just to get my body moving. Back to the gym tomorrow!!

Okay guys I been saying how I need to get back on track and yesterday was the day. I started school yesterday and have to go to school Mon - Thurs night which I am not too happy with but have to do it. Since I pack in the morning what I am eating all day it will keep me on track. And I even went to the gym last night after school at 8pm.
Since my schedule is so crazy for the next eight weeks I need to force myself to go to the gym after school....
B - Coffee

L - Chilli
S - Cheese Stick
D - Lite Bolonga w/ cheese and mustard on a low carb wheat bread
S- Sugar free pudding
And to the gym I go after school....

Morning Everyone!
I haven't been around in a few - hope everyone is well!

I have a dentist appt today, and then have to go to the salon, so not sure how much exercise will be done. Will try to walk at least 15 minutes though (I have a route around the parking lot at the salon).

I'm posting, my eating has been crappy, but I am also having a hard time exercising, I sprained my ankle on Saturday when my daughter and I went hiking. I fell, turned my ankle on a rock, and we continued to hike for a few miles. Well, now it is swollen and hurts. I have been to the gym for the circuit and yoga the past two days, but cardio is out. It really has me out of the loop. I miss it. I try to keep it up and iced, but it's going to take a bit. And I start a new job next week, so I want to be careful not to reinjure it.

B 3oz grilled fish fillet,2 tablespoons of baby peas.
S String cheese stick
L Turkey hot dog, no bun. Grilled Zuccinni, 4 1/4 inch slices.
S Protien Drink,52 grams in 16 ounces.
D Small salad,1 slice of rye bread. ( slices are 2inches by 3 inches)
Went to gym after work with my son. Good work out and afterward we each had a protien drink. Will go for a walk with the dog before bed. Hope everyone has a good evening!
