Hi Everyone, Hope your "Monday" has gone well.
B 3 oz's chicken breast with 2 tablespoons of spinich.
S String cheese stick
L 3 oz's Turkey meatloaf with 3 slices of grilled summer squash.
S 3 wheat thins
D Just making myself a GNC chocolate whey Protien Shake. 16 ounces has 40 grams of protien. I make it with skim milk and add a envelope of Splenda to make it interesting.The family can dive into the leftovers from the weekend.
Just the excersize bike tonight. Feeling a tad bedraggled. Hope everyone has a good nite,

S: probably philly swirl or SF pudding
Lots of Diet Snapple today for a change. Some propel water. Walked at lunch time today. Tonight start walking further and further to get in shape for the walk in September. Going to do my exercise tape too.
Hope everyone had a great Monday. We were quiet for a change, got some miscellaneous junk done. But the phones were nuts though.

I had a very busy weekend, haven't to the gym since Thursday and I won't make it there again until Wednesday! Its good to finally have energy to live life, but boy is life hectic! (Does that make any sense?)
B - tuna/Egg salad w/5 crackers
L - egg foo young - I never had it before, interesting
S - low carb candy - will never do that again, made me feel sick
D - no idea, dinner after support group, hoping for steak
I walked for 4 hours on Sat. in NYC but haven't done anything since. What a naughty girl I am.
