NYC Getaway

Hi gang I know I have been MIA lately. Its been a hectic summer. The scale IS moving slowly downward. I go to th gym about once a week..but I am walking 2-3 miles EVERY day. We have not been on vacation this year, because we are saving for a cruise next April. Thought we'd do a mini vacation before the kids go back to school so we are taking them away overnight-tonight to NYC. We have tix to see Momma Mia tonight and the kids want to shop. We will stay overnight and tomorrow night we have terrific seats to the Yankee game. We are packing a lot in to two days-can't leave until 11am..when my son gets out of work. Hope everyone is well... Joanie: Have a great trip!!! Sounds like you will have a blast. Mini vacations are always great. Momma Mia is supposed to be excellent too. WOW 2-3 miles a day that is awesome. HI Joanie! Your mini-getaway sounds great! We are headed out for the catskills today with the boys to go and stay over night and go to the Catskill Game farm. Hope you have a great time! Hopefully the weather in New York will be good for us! Maybe I will see you soon! I have been feeling a little "different" the past week or week and a half. We started trying for a baby again. Joanie, Have a great time in NYC - Momma Mia is one fantastic broadway show - we saw it twice. I play the CD all of the time! You will all love it. My daughter knows all the music also. I love going into the city. Mini vacations are the best - have fun at the Yankees game. I haven't been to a game in years! Hugs, Nancy K
