It"s My Birthday Today!

Hi all, I am happy to announce that it is my 49th birthday! Last year at this time I was sipping clear liquids and today I will be going to the Olive Garden! Last year at this time I was looking to lose 115 lbs and today I am looking to lose 10! Last year at this time the thought never even crossed my mind to join a Gym and today I am looking forward to my cardio and weight classes! What a difference a year makes! Who would have thought! I feel younger and more energetic than when I was 35. I love life and I love having been able to have this surgery! Hope everyone has as great a day as I plan on having today. Love, Sandy
