S Protien Drink
L 3oz's turkey kielbasa with a few green beans
S LF String cheese stick
D Probably a small piece of steak with a little corn on the cob
Lots of Crystal Light today. No gym today as I got my workout on the job today. Machining plates weighing close to 100 pounds a piece. A very tired puppy am I. Will hit the gym tomorrow. Have a great evening everybody!
