Friday's Roll Call
Hello everyone:
Well today has been a crazy day at work. We are getting ready for our senior health fair next week, and our youth services 7th grade welcome picnic for the new school year. Lots of typing and copying and flyer making. But all in all a good day. Went back for the final part of my root canal. I am so much better today than I have been. Thanks everyone for your caring through my rough time.
Well tomorrow I take my daughter for her school physical. I can't believe she is going into 6th grade. She is nervous but I am so proud of her. She is such a sweet and smart girl. She is so supportive of me through my journey and she is even going to do the walk from obesity in September with me. I am so excited about that. I never thought in a million years I would be participating in something like that.
I am hanging on right now, down 98lbs so far. Those two pounds are killing me, I keep going up and down. At least I finally broke the standstill I was in at 95lbs lost. When I make the 100 mark I am going to scream from the highest roof top so everyone can hear me. I am so proud of myself and so happy which I have been waiting for, for a very long time.
Well tomorrow is my annual family reunion at my cousin's house. These are my mom's cousins and they are like uncles to me. My cousin who is hosting this lost her dad a few years ago to cancer, we have been like sisters, I talk about her and her two sisters alot on my profile. They are the greatest.
Then Sunday I have my cousin's daughter's 2nd birthday. That will be so much fun, they have not seen me since my surgery. This is my dad's sister and her daughter and grandaughter. I can't wait for all of my families to see me.
Well gotta go for now, my boss wants to meet with me about office stuff and we are cleaning out old files too. Crazy, as always.

Hi Folks, Was a long day today!
Glad its the weekend. Taking my son and Mom in law to a political fundraising dinner tonight. Big cookout with all the trimmings! Sigh. I know I will behave and it's for a good cause so will be a good time. The wife is heading to her friends house for a "Pampered Chef" party. Have to hop on their website to see what they have this time around. Love their stuff!
Just a quiet weekend planned here. Chores and if the sun comes out maybe get a visit to the beach in. All of you have a wonderful weekend!
