Horizon BCBS Ins & BMI 50+

Does anyone in CT have horizon Blue cross/Blue Shield of New Jersey PPO with a BMI over 50? The Dr said blue cross may not approve if my BMI is over 50, but when I called Horizon BC/BS she said it was done case my case. Just wondering if anyone else has been approved. Don't know if I can weight for my BMI to get below 50...At 51.7 now! Please help! ~Joy
