HELLO !!!!!!!! yeah i know my sister and i havent been around Julies doing good...... I'm down to 235 from 320 Surgery was May 2, 05 My first appt. with Dr. Arronow I was 337.... I'm trying to get pics up but thats not working so well hope everyone is doing good hope to see you all on a monday night soon

I just had my initial consult with Dr. A. on Monday, and while I may have some ways to go, just hearing that in four months you have dropped 102 lbs. from the time of your first appointment is most inspiring !!!!!!!
