J's Food Log & K's Exercise Log
Good Morning Everyone,
I thought I would give the girls a hand today and start the daily log. I am home today, not feeling to great. Yesterday back at the dentist again to be medicated for the second root canal on Friday this week. The medicine was awful and it hurt so bad. They said I had a sensitivity to it, so of course it made me sick too.
Well I am just going to relax today, have a little headache too. I don't like to be home from work, but I just did not sleep at all last night. Its been a rough few weeks with these teeth. I need a trip or a night out. Hopefully on my anniversary in two weeks we can go away for a day or so.
B: Egg omelet with cheese
S: crystal light orange
L: probably chicken broth
S: Pudge icecream bar SF LF Strawberry shortcake
D: Not sure yet
S: probably another icecream or some SF pudding
Lots of water and crystal light today. Went for a very long walk last night was so proud of myself for the length of the walk and how great I felt. Today not so good, not sure what I will be able to do with this lousy headache.

Usually don't post to this since I have eating issues but I will post today in an effort to eat more...
B- Sugar Free Carnation Instant Breakfast...Choc. 1% Milk 8oz
L - Kashi Go Lean Crunch
S- Peach
D- Fajita CHicken with Cheese Peppers and Onions..And of Course a hot pepper!
S - Probably a yogurt

B - 1 oz of nuts
L - 1 oz Egg Salad. 2 oz tuna, cheese stick, 5 crackers
D - 2 oz Steak, 1 oz veggies
S - Blue Bunny pop (no sugar added)
Somewhere in there I will add in an Atkins drink, and of cource, decaf and crystal light.
Everyone cross your fingers. I haven't weighed myself in a week and I am hoping that I have lost those last 2 lbs before I get into the Century Club. I haven't really been stressing since I stopped weighing myself but now, I'm nervous. Eeeek!
Anyhoo, I am doing my usual 60 minutes of cardio, hopefully I won't wuss out on the weights today. I am just so imitidated by all those guys who hang around there!

B Poached egg with slice of LF cheese
S String cheese stick
L 2oz grilled pork in 1 cup of chicken broth with a tablespoon of baby peas.
S Protien drink after gym, 52 grams protien!
D small piece of turkey kilbasa with a small salad
Went to gym today. Took it to the max today. Hurting a little but it feels good. Will make supper and take molly for a walk before bed. Have a great evening everybody!
