HARRY ANNIVERSARY TO ME!!!!!!!

Hi Everyone, It is amazing to think that 1 year ago today I was having my WLS! This has been a truly remarkable journey and I would do it again in a minute.So much has happened in the last year. I have grown spiritually,emotionally and have become so healthy. My cholesterol is lower than it has ever been and my B/P and pulse are great! I have unending amounts of energy and enjoy my time at the gym doing my classes.(Who ever would have thought!) Here are my statistics for the last year. Weight-259.4 to 154.7 - 104.6 lbs Neck - 17 to 12.75 - 4.25 in Upper arm- 17 to 12 -5 in Lower Arm -11.5 to 8.75 -2.75 in Wrist- 7.75 to 6.5 -1.25 in Chest- 52 to 39.5 -12.5 in Waist- 51 to 39.5 -17.25 in Hips- 54 to 40 -14 in Thigh- 28 to 20.5 -7.5 in Calf- 16 to 12 -4 in Ankle- 9.75 to 8.5 -1.25 in Total inches lost amount to a whopping 69.75!! BMI 47.6 (Morbidly Obese ) to 27.8 (Still overweight but thats ok) Thank you to all of you, my WLS family, for all the support and encouragement you have given to me this past year! Love, Sandy
