Chubby Hubby's Protein Pancakes
3 Eggs
1 C cottage cheese
4 oz soft cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
1 flat teaspoon baking powder
Blend in blender until smooth. Use non-stick pan and cook on low to medium
heat. When finished, turn the good side down, and put about a TBS of cream
cheese or any kind of filling that you would like, then roll them up. Use SF
maple syrup as a topper.
