Good Morning Everybody, I did weight lifts for upper and bottom at gym where I work this morning and did with my abs too. I will do powerwalking/jog with my dog tonight after supper. Hope all of you had a nice weekend. My daughter was at parade yesterday and she loves to throw candies to people and wants to do it again next year. My daughter is counting the days until go back to school. My son missed his friends at school and will keep him more busier when he is back to school. My mom helped me to find my outfit for Highschool 20 yrs reunion on Aug 27th for an hour!! I am now wearing size 8 for pants and top is size large.The old classmates emailed me and begged me to go this year since I have not went there for 5, 10 and 15 years reunion. Small World!!! One of my classmates married an interpreter and they will come down to meet me and my hubby there! I was only first deaf person to finish this high school and was glad that I went to NTID / RIT college because I met alot of deaf people up there. Tell me how was your weekend went and your workout during very humid weather. I spend swimming in our pool and did weight lift from my leg in the water last Saturday and I did not exercise yesterday and took break from yesterday. Hi All, I had a great weekend eating,exercising,and relaxing. We are on vacation this week so we are very excited. We will not be going anywhere though. Too much money spent for my son's trip to Italy and Greece and my daughters trip to Florida! All is right though and we are just looking forward to spending the week together as a family with no pressure to do anything. I am on day 15 of my no carb plan and am doing well, I will get weighed tomorrow and see how well it worked. Today will go like this: S- coffee B- bacon and eggs with cheese L- Atkins shake D- Sausage, peppers and onions S- Grapes I plan on going to the gym twice today! At 9:00 AM I want to try a Pilates class and then tonight I will do my regular 90 min cardio on fire class. Have a great day everyone and I will talk to you all tomorrow! Sandy

Today I went to the gym this morning but was dragging a bit. Not sure why..... B - cheese with reduced fat trisuit (6) L - salad with ham and cheese D - chicken with string beans S - not sure yet, maybe low carb Special K. Hope you all have a great day! Today is my daughter's official 7th bday so after entering my fitday, if I have room for 2 bites of cake, I just may have that. ;) P.S. Over the weekend, I bought my first size 10 jeans....ever. ;)

Good morning everyone, Kathy, I hope you have a great time at your reunion. I always skip mine too, because of my weight. My dh has his 30th coming up this weekend, but they charged so much, I decided to skip it. He will go solo. This weekend was soo hot, but I did the gym on Sat, it is air conditioned there. Yesterday we sat around, did some chores, tried to stay cool. Today is such a relief!! Tomorrow I plan on taking the girls to Salem, MA for the day, they love to shop there. Kind of the last hurrah before school starts next week. I slept late, so will hit the gym in about an hour. I will do yoga and some kind of cardio, need to change it up a bit. B - oatmeal I think L - not sure D - family requested either chix legs or soup and grilled cheese, so I will figure something out S - popsicle or some nuts Pam

Good Morning Everyone, Still alittle tired from our busy weekend. Feeling alot better with my tooth than I was from Friday. Tomorrow I have to go to have it remedicated for the final of the root canal on Friday. Today is so crazy at work, the phones are off the wall as usual. Everyone is back from vacation so we have full staff again. Thank God. Can't wait for 4:30pm. B: Coffee with cream and splenda S: 1/4 of egg and cheese on croissant L: cup of chicken broth S: Crackerbarrel cheese sticks D: not sure yet, maybe some steak and veggie S: philly swirl Lots of propel water today, at least its cool today instead of muggy. This weekend weather was so awful. Last night the storm was nice it cooled off everything but of course we lost power for a short time. This week will hopefully be better than last week, our weekend will be crazy again. Well Happy Monday to everyone. Have a great day. Hugs KimC

Hello All! Had a great weekend - made the best of it even though it was sooooo hot! My mom's b-day was yesterday and she had a nice day - which she derseved, so I was happy!! Kathy - how exciting to go to your reunion and show yourself off! Be proud sista!!! Sandy - those are the best vacations when you have nothing to do!!! My mom and I went to the new scrap place in Plainville - CUTE!!!!! My friend from work and I are going to go to one of her classes on a Fri in Sept. I will let you know when we go, maybe you and Erin could meet us! Kim - Hope you are feeling better! Tammy - how is the new job? B: cup of coffee ( I know BAD, but I just looked at the clock and couldn't believe it was 12:30 already! - I will eat lunch in a half hour) L: baked drumstick S: south beach bar D: salmon burger S: 8oz simply smart milk As far as exercise, I think I can actually go outside tonight for a walk - woo hoo!! Yesterday, I was doing "laps" in my apartment - it was quite comical! My cats must have thought I was a little loo loo!! Have a good day everyone!

Hi Phyllis, Erin and I have also been talking about doing a class in Plainville! Let me know what your plans are and we can coordinate! Are you planning on Croptober fest? I can't wait! I get my best work done there. Right now I am working on Daniel's Italy and Greece trip and my Weight loss book. Hi Everybody, Nice to see everybody back! B 1/2 cup, Go Lean Crunch cereal,1/2 cup skim milk. S String Cheese stick L 2oz's grilled pork in cup of chicken broth with a little summer squash. S Protien drink after workout. 52 grams of protien! D Grilled sausage link with small salad Worked out with my son after work.Tell you, a tad hard getting it together on a Monday, but managed to get in the groove.
