J&K Food Exercise Log
Good Morning All,
Its 7am and I thought I would start out the log and say hello to everyone. We are leaving for Boston soon and I am so excited. Looks like a muggy day today, yuk, yuk. Hope it cools off later.
B: Cup of tea with splenda
S: Protein bar
L: probably a salad (depends where we eat today)
S: lots of water today
D: Not sure (depends on where we eat today too)
S: lots of fluid, maybe a protein bar
Will be in Boston all day today then at Foxboro, so lots of eating out today. Will intake a lot of fluids due to the weather being so muggy and sticky today. I will be doing alot of walking today too.

Hi there!!
I did 45 minutes of step today with some weights and abs. I think the weather has me tuckered out.
B - 1/4 of a bagel with peanut butter
L - 4 oz pork with veggies and 2 table spoons of rice (maybe a little more).
D - spring roll
S - something with lots of protein, not sure yet.
lots of water too.

Hi Folks! Another hot one! Seesh!
B 1/2 cup bran flakes with 1/2 cup skim milk.
S Protien shake (52 grams protien, 4 carbs)
L 1oz beef jerkey,1 oz cole slaw, 1 oz potato salad,(was grazing).
D 3oz beef chow mein
Lots and lots of iced green tea and water.
Went to gym today with my son, got in a proper work out and followed it with swimming at the lake. Chilling out tonight, am"Bushed!

I love the fact that other's start our log..but keep our names on it!
I am so honored!! I was busy at our block party yesterday which was on my front lawn. I drank about a gallon of water...and didn't eat much all day--it was so incredibly hot! I love this party--mostly, being the party planner--and watching it all come together!! I am not sure how I did the 90 lbs ago--I am exhausted to today--but a "good tired". Right now we are going down to my neighbors pool for left overs and to cooll off! Think I walked 5 miles yesterday-between trips up and down the stair to my house to get things...and bending to pick up trash! My legs ache today!!

I've been eating horribly the last two days. Its just so darned hot that I don't feel like eating anything. What I really want is some fruit salad but instead I have been eating nuts and egg salad, and even that in smaller qtys than usual. Well at least its protein!
Well today its a bit cooler so I am eating again.
B - Half a south beach bar
L - egg salad on 2 graham crackers - yum!
S - handful of trail mix
D - fish stir fry
Its hard to even drink like I'm used to when its this hot but I'm trying. At least 50 oz today, if not 64 oz.
I did 40 minutes on treadmill, 20 mins of stairmaster, no weights today. I've been slacking on the weights the last 2 days, need to get into it again tomorrow.
