Morning All! Got up early this morning and walked for 45 minutes with my daughter. I still need to do weights and abs - hopefully to fit in today. I have to work from 9-5 (or so) then I have a date with the hubby for a movie. Something light and funny! B - not sure yet L - Panera salad D - not sure yet - but definately protein S - remainder of salad As you guys can see, I'm not well planned for today. I just don't know what I want...... Hope you all have a marvelous weekend. Anyone interested in joining me for a step class in the morning? ;) Love, Tammy

Today is my "rest" day from the gym, so I will be doing areobics at home today. I love doing this belly dancing thing! Its supposed to create a more defined waist but right now its just fun! B - omelet w/cheese & roast beef L - rest of omelet S - handful of trail mix D - leftover hamburger, no bun S - Blue Bunny bar (no sugar added) I bought a new protein drink, Pria, mostly b/c it was on sale. It has less protein than my usual Atkins shake but I said hey, if I save a few bucks it will be fine. Turns out it has 13 GRAMS OF SUGAR! I had already opened it and drank one before I even bothered to look at the sugar content. I thought they were all the same! Now I am stuck with it, so I am drinking it. The upside is that it tastes good, it should with a truck load of sugar! Oh, silly me! Have a nice weekend everyone!

Good Morning, Hey Tammy, your getting an early start, good girl. Have a great weekend. I went for my second root canal today, it was so much worse than the first time, it really hurt so bad and I was so nervous and had alittle panic attack. I can't wait for it all to end. B: Atkins Chocolate Protein Shake S: N-Joy Lean Brownie, Protein Bar L: Squash and egg with onion S: cheesticks D: not sure yet S: not sure yet Lots of propel water today. May have a Fuze later today. Did some tai chi today with work and the seniors. Erin is here with me today at the office. We are going to walk at lunch time too. Lots of walking tomorrow, going to Boston for the day and then a drumcorp show at Foxboro in the evening. I am so excited. Probably won't be back on the board until Sunday. Hi Folks! Thank Goodness it Friday! Was a tad off the mark today, not sure why, B 2 egg omlette with a few tater tots and green onion tossed in. Was yummy but quite filling as I'm only about 4 1/2 months out. L 3 oz fish fillet with 4 tablespoons of kernal corn S Protien bar, 20 grams in one bar and the calories weren't bad. Have to watch that as the protien bar I picked up at the gym had over 400 calories. Sheesh! Glad I only was able to eat half of it! I take the day off from the cooking duties on Fridays so it's looking like Chinese Food tonite. Probably Chicken Chow Mein. No gym today as I went yesterday so just went out to get some sun and will get a little nordic trak in. Still getting the hang of it. Sorry to hear about that root canal. Hope it doesn't get in the way of your weekend. Have a good Evening folks! Julio
