J's Food Log and K's Exercise Log
Hi All,
Thought I would get it going today. I haven't lost any more weight in a while, so I'm back on fitday.com. I must be doing something wrong that I don't realize. My guess is either not enough protein or too many carb snacking. My goal is to get to my goal (ha ha) by November, in time for my one year check up, and my 20th high school reunion. I have 38 pounds to go......an average of 2 pound loss per week. It's doable. That'll bring me to 140. ;)
B - 1 egg with shredded cheddar cheese, 1/8 of a cantaloupe
L - Power bar (South Beach diet protein bars are really good and on sale)
D - 4 oz. of pork with veggies
S - Probably another power bar from work. We sell ones that have a LOT of protein.
LOTS of water.
For exercise, I'm giving a demonstration at my daughter's camp for 85 kids. You should see my car, it's loaded with equipment. It's 2 hours of movement. It'll be hard to track, but I know I'll be working out HARD with them, and it's also in the heat.
Hope you all have a great day. It's a long one for me as I have to work, then have CPR certification until 10 tonight.

Good morning,
Today is going to be very hot again so it will be another light day....
I am still recovering and I have been doing well found myself depressed the other day but figured out needed more water....
today is plan as such......
B-2 oz of protein shake
S- theother 2oz of the shake
L 1oz of chicken with 1oz of green beans with fresh garlic
S sf popscile
D- 2oz of steak grilled
I am going to the y to walk again for about 1 1/2 in 30 mins and just lots of water
Well Tammy, I think you look great even if you never lose another pound! I am amazed everytime I look at your pic, such an inspiration. But good luck with your goal, I'm sure you will do great.
3lbs left to go till I make the Century Club and in an effort to not freak my self out about my progress I am hiding my scale until next Thursday. A whole week! It will be tough but I can't continue to stress about it anymore. The good news is that I can wear 16 pants and a 18 top now, down from a 28. Yee haw!
Anyway...
B - boiled egg
L - leftover pork chop
S - Atkins shake
D - Hamburger, no bun
S - Blue Bunny Ice cream pop (no sugar added)
decaf, crystal light, and maybe some carb countdown after dinner
Will continue with 40 min on treadmill, 10 minutes of weights and 20 mins on stair climber, it seems to be working.

Well today is another sticky and hot one. My daughter has one more week of camp next week and the a week of being with me at work and visiting others. Then back to school. This summer went by too fast.
A quiet day finally at work, phones have been pretty good so far. Have alot of paperwork to do.
B: Atkins Protein Shake
S: rest of shake
L: Egg and squash omelet with onion
S: probably cheesestick
D: scoop of tuna with some crackers
S: philly swirl or carbsmart icecream
LOTS OF FLUIDS TODAY, ITS A HOT ONE. Having my propels and some crystal light too. Will be walking at lunch time and may do some later tonight if its cooler. Have my exercise tape to do, been slacking on that.

Here is my plan today..I am going to the gym...walked 2 miles last night. Ate dinner late again..but NO Snack!
B-kashi granola bar
S-cottage cheese
L-chicken with a salad
D-hamburger no bun...roasted vegies
Water, decaf iced tea..propel!

Hi Everybody, Hope everyone is keeping cool today.
B 1/2 cup kashi go lean crunch,1/2 cup skim milk, handful of blueberry's
S string cheese stick
L 2oz fish fillet with 2 oz's steamed broccoli
S Protien bar I got at thr gym . 20 grams of Protien, yess!
D 1 oz grilled pork with"count em!" 3 tater tots! Boy I miss those guys!
Went to gym today with my son. Great workout and Ray and I celebrated with a couple of protien bars. Will be a quiet night,settle in with my Harry Potter book. Everybody have a good night!
