J's Food Log / K's Exercise Log WEDNESDAY
Hi Everybody
Last night I went for walk/jog with my dog after I rearranged my daughter 's bedroom. she will love her bedroom when she will come home from my Aunt's house.
This Morning I walk/jog at where I workfor 2 miles before I started to work and will go to the gym there for weight bottom and do abs stuffs during my lunch time.
B yogurt with rasberries
S Nectar ice tea and some peanuts
L mozz stick with turkey and ham meats with mustard on it and some strawberries
S Protein bar
D slice of grilled steak, green peppers and onions
S Simple smart milk and profect protein beverage with water

Good Morning everyone,
Last night was a tough one for me, had the crowns put on my teeth, I hate going to the dentist. Had alittle panic attack but I am alot better today. So far so good.
B: Orange Cream Atkins Protein Shake
S: rest of shake
L: Squash and eggs with onion
S: none
D: not sure yet
S: sf icecream or phillyswirl
Will do alot of my walking today, lots of propels and crystal light. Maybe some fuze too. I will do my exercise tape tonight with Erin.

Joanie - how did it go yesterday??
I have a funny belly today. Sometimes (not often) I wake up with a belly ache and it is hard for me to even ge****er down. Don't know if it was something I ate yesterday.
Anyway, gonna keep it plain and light today - but will get in my protein intake with an Isopure.
B: south beach protein bar
L: 2oz yogurt and some watermelon
S: Isopure
D: grilled chix on a salad
S: 8oz simply smart milk

Hi Phyllis..and all
I failed yesterday not eating after 7pm...because things were so hectic after work...I went walking late and didn't eat dinner until 8pm..so I did not think of it as a night time eating binge..so I am declaring that it didnt count.
Will do better tonight--
B-Kashi granola bar...5 gms of protein..and tasted pretty good
NO snack!
L-salad and perdue low fat chicken
S-ham and cheese "roll up"
D- chicken w/chinese vegies...
NO night time snack!!
More true confessions tomorrow..stay tuned!

Hello, trying to be better about my no carb intake lately...
B - protein bar
L - salad and some protein supplement
D - not sure, family has chicken to eat, I'll find maybe some sliced ham with cheese and mustard
S - protein bar or some nuts or some cheese
Went to the gym this morning, 1/2 hour yoga, 1/2 hour step class.

B 1/2 cup kashi go lean crunch/ 1/2 cup skim milk, hand full of blueberrys
S 2oz string cheese stick
L Turkey dog, no bun with some grilled zuccinni
D Small chef's salad(Romane Lettuce, 1oz LF ham, 1oz munster cheese,1/2 roasted pepper,sprinkle of green onion,olive oil.
No gym today, my son and I went swimmimg after I got home from work.
