Chewing Gum
I am aware that this may seem like a silly question but is chewing sugar free gum a no-no? I started to do this between my meal and water time, you know the 1 hr that we are supposed to wait. I cannot stand these hour breaks b/c I get soooo thirsty. So I started chewing gum in between. But I just thought today, doesn't this create juices in the stomach? Am I making this up or would chewing gum be almost the same as just drinking water?
