B crushed pineapple with cottagecheese
S profect protein beverage and water
L egg salad top of my salad
S boiled egg and WATER
D cod with vetgetables
S 3/4 cup of starwberries with lite cool whip top Simple smart milk and WATER
weight lifts upper and cardio for 45 min at gym SUBASE; will do walk/jog tonight with my dog.

Hi Folks,
B 1/2 cup bran flakes with a hanful of blueberrys and 1'2 cup of skim milk
S 2oz string cheese stick
L 2oz tuna over a small green salad, olive oil
S Muscle milk protien drink
D Fish fillet with some grilled zuccinni.
Went to gym with my son, got a good work out in. Still trying to master that Nordic Trac, will have at it after supper. Have a good night all!
