Js Food Log/Ks Exercise Log-Tuesday
Hi gang...
Did great yesterday with NO carbs until my Dr.Carb hit me at 8pm last night! Why do I do this? Drives me nuts. Kathy keeps telling me...DO NOT EAT after 7pm...I need to follow this rule. I can be soo good all day..and then BAM...nighttime comes and I sabotage myself!!
Twisted my ankle last night..which I thought was not big deal...this morning..it hurts to walk. I am hoping to make it to the gym tonight...if it still feels this way..I will just to my upper/and abd exercises and skip running on the treadmill.
Here is the PLAN today
B-cottage cheese
S-chicken breast wrapped w/cheese
L-perdue chicken with a salad
S-hard boiled egg
D-tuna salad
NO eating after 7pm!! Who is on this bandwagon with me...and will keep me honest! I want everyone to email me tomorrow and make me fess up!! How is that for putting the pressure on??

Hey Joanie and everyone,
Sorry about your foot hope it gets better! I know the carb thing is tough which is why I am doing the Atkins now before my 1 year is up. I have done very well without the carbs and am starting to lose my craving for them. I can't wait to get weighed and measured on the 16th! Here is my plan for the day.
S-Coffee
B-bacon and eggs with cheddar cheese.(I just bought the cabot cheese which is 75% lite and it is very very good!)
L- I doubt I will have any today
S- Handful of Nuts
D- Steak with a salad and carb options dressing
S- SF Jello with lite cool whip.
I will go to the gym this evening for my power sculpt class.

Hi All!
I have to work 12-8:30 today, but I'm hitting the gym this morning for aqua aerobics. Debbi from the message board may be meeting me there too. It's always fun to exercise with a buddy!
B - protein bar
L - 1/2 sandwich (low fat bologna and cheese)
D - not sure yet- probably my exciting usual of a salad
S - few bites of ground beef and grapes
Love the idea of not eating after 7:00. I'll try for sure!

Today is just about accountability for me. I made no food plan today! I'm trying to be better about this so that I can make healthy decisions instead of just grabbing a sodium filled Weigh****chers dinner like a usually do.
So this is the plan that I just made up!
B - boiled egg
L - 1/2 South Beach wrap (if they are in stock) or 1/2Subway Atkins wrap
S - Atkins shake
D - Steak w/ egg - had it last night and it was yummy
Determined to lose these last 4 lbs, I am doing the treadmill for 40 mins and the stairmaster for 20, with weights in between. I may collapse in a heap afterward, but hopefully I will be a slightly thinner heap.

B: South Beach Protein Bar
L: 3oz baked chicken
S: 3oz yogurt
D: not 100% sure - depends on what time I get home if I will be turning on the oven or not or if I will just have some ham and cheese.
S: 8oz simply smart milk.
Will walk, either indoors or out, depending on how hot it is.
Joanie - why don't you try a full liquid at night for your snack and see how that works. You just can't do it too late or you will be up all night!!

Hi everyone:
Last night was a very vegged out night, tired after my first day back to work. Just did alittle walking, no exercise. Shame on me. I was just so tired.
B: Atkins Orange Cream Protein Shake
S: Protein Bar
L: Cheese sticks
S: rest of protein bar
D: probably some chicken and veggies or a salad
S: carb smart icecream
As always my propel waters and Fuze drink today. I have a really bad headache today I think its going to rain or something, the weather is weird today.
