hope all of you had relaxed or great weekend! I will go to gym at SUBASE to do weights and cardio there . I already missed my daughter who stayed with my Aunt s house for a week.
B scamble egg with ceddar cheese and mushroom
S Nectar protien drink and some starwberries
L Chef salad with low fat dressing
S propel and 1 tablespoon low car Jif peanutbutter
D Have not decide yet

Hi All,
Day 8 of 16 of my Atkins approach.
B- Coffee
S- Atkins Shake
L- Bacon and egg with cheese
D- Steak
S- Fruit salad with lite cool whip
Water,Water,Water!!
I went to the club this morning and did my cardio on the machine(Which I hate!)
Also did my weights in the express training.
I have a Pampered Chef party tonight so will have to miss my favorite Cardio on Fire Class tonight!

B- 2oz cheese and 4 pretzel sticks

L-ham,cheese letuice and tomatoe half sandwich
s-slim fast 4carb. 20 grm protien
d-hotdog, salad, veggies

I'm alittle concerned about my eating because I seem to tolerate just about anything. I'm almost 5mts out and down about 64lbs...I do exercise 5 days a week.

Hi Dee,
I lost 2 lbs in the first 4 days of the Atkins. Now I will not get weighed until the 16th so I will let you know how well it worked for me. One thing I do notice though is that the more carbs I eat, The more I crave them so will probably try a South Beach diet plan after I am through with Atkins.

I start my first day on the job, then our meeting tonight.
B - scramble egg & cheese (I'm copying Kathy!)

D - pork and veggies
S - grapes and not sure what else.
I already walked for 45 minutes this morning with my daughter (she's keeping up with me!) and did some abs. No time for weights - maybe tonight I'll be able to do some.

Swimming and walking about 5 miles today!

Let's see if I can stay sane this week with the heat! On a good note, I fit my butt in a pair of 16's this weekend. I can't believe it. I hate having to give up my clothes, but I suppose that is a good thing!!

L: 2oz meat loaf from Boston Market and a nectarine
S: 2oz yogurt
D: salmon burger
S: 8oz simply smart milk
10 oz Isopure and water today.
Okay, so today I will be driving through McD's for the first time since my surgery. My dad is away and he called and asked me to bring my step-brother some dinner and of course that is what he wants. It will be a challenge, as that used to be my favorite dinner!!! Oh well, on the upside, when I get there I will jump in the pool for a bit!!

Hi All,
Okay I need to do better with my eating. Had a birthday party for my son on Saturday and I ate some STUFF. I need to get my b--- back to the gym. So I called my friend and asked her to help me please, need a jump start...

D - chicken
S - yogurt
And I am going to stick to this.... I battle back and fourth with 3 pounds. 193 - 196. Went to doctors today and I am 196.
My summer has been crazy and have been really bad, no excuss. My portions are small but eat too many carbs.

Decaf & Crystal Light all day, trying to maintain 64 ozs!
Been working out like a fiend trying to get these 4 lbs off so I can join the Century Club. Somehow over the weekend I gained a pound but now my new pants (in a size 18!!!) fit better. How do you gain weight and lose inches at the same time?
Anyway, I will keep at it tonight with the evil stair master, treadmill and weights.
Hi Folks,Everybody is so "Bubbly" on a monday! Sheesh!
B 1/2 cup wheat chex with a handful of blueberrys and 1/2 cup of skim milk
S I oz string cheese
L 2oz's tuna over a sliced plum tomato with olive oil,salt, pepper and a pinch of basil.
D As hot as it is, it's looking like a turkey dog and salad nite on the George Forman Grill. To hot to cook outside.
Went to gym yesterday so just here figuring out how to use the nordic trac my wife bought last year to have something to hang clothes on. getting the hang of it, so will defitily be an addition to my workout on "Non Gym " Days.
