You should be very pround of yourself! 100 + pounds is ALOT of weight! It is an amazing feeling isn't it?
I know when I lost 105 pounds I had my petite sister-in-law hop on my back and gave her a piggy back ride. (She weighs 105 pounds) and I could'nt beleive what it felt like with all that weight back on me. Keep up the great work!!!!!

I have two goals in mind next. I had always planned on starting running when I broke 300, and while I don't have a reputation for being the most careful person around, I will take it easy and make sure to not over-extend that type of exercise.
The other goal is a little strange- I want to see if I can Fireman's-carry my dad (with his permission!) and walk the track with him a lap or two. (It's an old high-school wrestling warm-up). Not sure he will let me do that...
