Hi guys! I wanted to get this started today - I really need to log it in as yesterday was my eating day from HELL! Just awful. But today is a new day, and if I document what I eat, I tend to stick to it more than if I try to fly by the seat of my pants. B - 3 oz. steak L - salad D - chicken with veggies S - s/f popscicle and lots of water and crystal lite For exercise, I have to clean my house from top to bottom as I start working full time tomorrow (more like 50-60 hours my first week because of training) and I promised the kids I would take them swimming. Oh, yeah, and grocery shopping. If I have the energy after all of it, I'll walk tonight before bed. How about you guys?? Love, Tammy

I went to the gym this morning before work, did the treadmill, weights and the evil eliptical. But luckily I was able to find a stairmaster that doesn't make me feel as if I am 2 seconds from a heart attack. There is something about moving my arms and legs that my heart just doesn't appreciate! Anyway... Breakfast - roast beef and cheese lunch - veggie and beef soup Snack - atkins shake dinner - pork chop Of cource, water, water, water, I am really trying to get in 64 ozs!!! I am 4 lbs from the Century Club!!! I was hoping to lose a 100 lbs before my 4 month anniversary....but thats tomorrow...so I guess not. But I see Dr. Valin on Friday so hopefully I can drop these last 4 before then. Here's hoping!!!

Good Afternoon, Crazy Sunday as always, went to Church this morning then down to Wilton to see my mother in law. We have not seen her in awhile and needed to get down to visit. Leaving for my cousins son's birthday at 3pm. Lots of little tikes today. Its going to be so much fun. Well food will be a crazy one today. B: none S: chexmix L: Cheese and crackers S: not sure D: not sure maybe scrambled egg S: Phillyswirl Lots of propel water and crystal light. Its a yukky day out there today. Hi Tammy and Everyone, I did terrible with eating so far today need to get my protein up! B- None S- None L- tex mex dip without the chips S- handful of unsalted peanuts D- Pork roast with broccoli and carrots S- fruit salad with lite cool whip Exercise was an hour of step aerobics and weights this morning Sandy

Hi Folks, Look like it going to start heating up again, "Sheesh!" B scrambled egg with 1/2 sausage patty L 3 oz chicken parm with a small green salad D Turkey burger with a little cole slaw Lots of water and Crystal Light. Spent the weekend at my brothers taking care of my mom. She lives with them and they needed a break so I helped out. Had a good time and she really was quite amused that her youngest was seeing to her needs. I'm the 14th of 14 children"I'm the baby, "Ya Gotta Love Me!" LOL Hope everybody stays cool and enjoies the rest of their weekend! Julio
