Water and iced decaf also. Btw did anyone know that the flavors are supposed to be sugar free at Dunkin Donuts? If they don't have sugar, what is it made of? The staff there didn't know.
More of the evil stair stepper this evening. Its working though, I'm hoping to be able to bounce quarters off of my behind by next week.

I will meet my trainer tonight to do my weights and exercise for an hour then will go to my pool after this to keep cool off SMILE!

L Chef salad with low fat dressing
S some sunflower seeds and alot of WATER
D probably chef salad again because too hot outside
S Simple smart milk and nectar protien drink

Good Morning Everyone,
Looks like another hot day today. I have my 3 month check up with Dr. Barajas today, can't wait to see how she thinks I am doing. Busy vacation so far, today we are going to IKEA for the first time. Want to get some shades and new bedsets for the bedrooms.
Well hope its not too crazy there. I hope everyone is having a great day today.

S 1 oz chedder cheese stick
L 2oz's grilled chicken in a cup of chicken broth with a teaspoon of baby peas
D 3oz's eggplant parm. small salad
Lots and Lots of water, Crystal Lite, SF ice pops! What a day!
Missed gym today, had some family driving thru state so had them stop for a rest/ supper. Will head to gym tomorrow. Have a great nite everybody, stay cool!

Lots and Lots of water. My exercises consist of swimming 7 days a week for at least an hour if not longer.
I need to lose 10 more lbs to meet Dr. A's goal and 20 to meet mine.
Do you think I'll make it???????
