I received it and tried to drink between breakfast and lunch yesterday. Remember I use to drink nectar protien stuff all the time. I drank all 3 oz of profect. The taste is fine for me and plus I drink more water load. I really like this product for myself. I will order more for myself. I hate one flavor is grapefruit-Mango. http://www.protica.com/products.htm Kathy K

Hi Kathy, What do you think the benefits are of profect? They seem pretty expensive to me. Do you think they are worth the price for what you are getting? Do they fill you up as a meal replacement or just as a way to increase your protein intake? Sandy

Hi Sandy Just for increase my protein intake because I cannot eat too much from my stomach and need more protien intake since I cannot lose more weight per Dr A. Hugs Kathy K

Sandy- just a thought, as I ordered them too... No, they are not a meal replacement. They won't fill you up.. All they're going to do is increase your protein intake. (though they're pretty good in the vitamin supplement department too, FYI) For people who don't have issue with drinking meal replacement shakes, you probably wouldn't need them... but for those who don't like meal replacemnt shakes or other protein shakes, they're pretty good. They're only 3 oz, which you can get down quickly without having to worry too much about how they taste. I see them fitting in my life for whan I'm protein deficient and can't eat. I REFUSE to drink any of those dusgusting protein shakes or drinks which all make me feel gross anyway. So, this works for my situation. I agree they are a bit expensive. Hopefully, they're become a bit more popular/common and the price will come down.
