J's food Log / K's exercise log WEDNESDAY
Hi Folks, Another hot day, sheesh, but you know we will be longing for these days in mid January.
B 1/2 cup Wheat Chex with 1/2 cup skim milk.
S 1 oz cracker barrel cheese stick
L 3oz grilled fish fillet with 3 tablespoons peas.
D Grilling boneless chicken breasts and putting together some pasta salad.
Lots of Decaf Iced Tea! I'm never far from my 32 ounce bottle of water that I mix 2 of those little envelopes in. Wal Mart sells them at 1/2 the price crystal light charges. Between the tea and SF ice pops, will be quite hydrated. I did notice something, When I was eating about 800/900 calories a day my weight loss came to a standstill. I kicked it up a couple of hundred and I seem to be back on track. Well hope everyone stays as cool possible,

Hey there everyone,
Its such a hot one today. We went out shopping in the AM at Sams Club. Got some more of my Pria and Zone bars.
We went out to lunch at on the border, I was a good girl and did not eat alot. Ordered an appetizer and only ate 1.
B: Atkins Orange Cream Protein Shake
S: rest of shake
L: On the border empanada appetizer with chicken (1) They were small ones.
S: none
D: not sure yet
S: probably a protein bar
Lots of fluids today, its so disgusting outside. Had my orange crystal light most of the day and some raspberry flavored water.
Hope everyone is staying cool. I am so sorry I missed the meetings on Monday and last night, being on vacation this week we are going crazy doing things and I forgot about last night. SORRY GUYS!!!!!
