Hi All, I was a little dissapointed today. I got up at 4:45 am to go to the gym for 5:30 am and it turned out that the instructer didn't show up for the class. This was my first time going in the morning, I usually take my classes at night. So I will go tonight for my regular class. I really wanted this class because I am always about 5-10 minutes late on Wed nights because of my work schedule and I end up getting stressed out trying to get there on time. Oh well, I made good use of the time this morning and got some housecleaning done and started another scrapbook page of my son's trip to Italy and Greece. Today is day 3 of 16 of my Atkins approach and today my menu will go like this: B- Atkins Shake L- Left over steak from last night S- handful of nuts D- Hamburger S- Carb smart ice cream Talk to everyone tomorrow, Good luck with your exercise today and make healty food choices! Love, Sandy

Hi, Linnie! That black bean brownie sounds interesting. Between the beans and the ricotta it probably has a good amount of protein. Are they moist brownies or cake-like? I always loved really moist, fudgy brownies. Would you please post the recipe? I'm probably not the only one who'd like to try them. Thank you, Debby

I forgot to ask...since I obviously can't (and shouldn't, even if I could) eat the whole thing in 1 or 2 sittings...and it's just me...how long do the brownies keep? On the counter or in the fridge? Have you tried freezing them?

S: south beach bar (the chocolate one!!)) D: salmon steak Isopure and water today (already at 32 oz - because of the heat!) HAVE A GREAT DAY EVERYONE!!!
