I watched your episode the other day. I found the young doctor a little condescending. Why is it always the skinny folks who are the most critical of the overweight or obese? A little understanding and compassion goes a long way. It's hard to know the feeling unless you've walked a mile in our shoes. I found your personal interview very well-spoken. Steve: Did you mean the dark-haired nutritionist-type that led off the show? Yeah, he's a skinny little bugger. And he's tight with Oprah, which loses him points from me. As for Tim, he is young, comparatively (keeping in mind that I'm seven years old than he), but very compassionate to our size, as are the Docs Floch from FCB. Glad you liked my interview. Hi Bette, It's me again, the gray haired old gal. Today was the first I heard of the show/interview you did on TV. Any chance you can bring a copy of the tape to St. V's on Wed???? I will be working but undoubtedly we'll see each other as you come and/or go. I would love to see that interview and also show it to my husband. Hope all is well with you. I have had a flairup of diverticulitis last week and was down and out. High fever and all. Getting better now with help of antibiotics. Next week I have my upper endoscopy and the week after my sleep study and then WHEW I'm all done. I suspect Dr. Floch will schedule my surgery after that. I'll keep you informed. God bless. Bernice
