Hi Everybody, Hope all of you had a great weekend! Julio Thank you for post Food and exercise log this past weekend SMILE! I hope to meet you at post op meeting tomorrow night at Middlesex hospital. I enjoyed myself jogging last night with nice cool weather ( not humid ) with my dog. It will be hotter this week coming. I will do 45 cardio at gym across from my office at work today. B egg salad 1/2 without no bread; some starwberries S Nectar protein drink and WATER L Tuna salad with cherry tomatoes S Not sure if I will be hungry D Grilled steak with salad S Nectar protein drink and WATER Have a nice work out!! Hi All, I have 16 days left until I hit my 1 year anniversary. I have decided to finish out the year with a bang and use the Atkins approach (the same as the preop diet). This way I will start and end the year the same. I have been stuck on my weight loss for 2 months now so I hope to jump start and maximize my weight loss before my year is up! Wish me luck! B- Bacon and Egg L- Atkins Protein Shake S- Atkins Shake D- Hamburger S- SF Jello with Lite cool whip Tonight I have my favorite class at the gym: 1 1/2 hours of cardio and weight resistance training! I will keep you all informed of my success! Sandy

Good morning! I have already been to the gym. Did the circuit and step class. I do plan on trying some stretching classes now, maybe on the days I don't do the circuit. I may try some beginning yoga. B - had not had it yet, maybe going to try some new nectar protein drink L - rolled up ham slices with cheese maybe, mustard for flavor D - having pasta, may have a bit, will have meatballs with it S - try to stick to some kind of protein Pam

Hi Folks, Nice to see everybody back. B 1/2 cup kashi crunch cereal,1/2 cup skim milk. L 2 oz's tuna with 1 oz of mozzarella cheese and 3 small slices of plum tomato's, a spritz of olive oil. a bit of salt and pepper. Was yummy! D 3 oz fish fillet witha small salad. No gym today, went yesterday. Will get a walk in after supper if it doesn't rain. Be nice to meet you guys but I had my surgery at St. Ray's in New Haven. Not sure if it would be ok for me to go to your meeting. I haven't been to a meeting since surgery due to the hours I work. I am up at 2:30 every morning and at work at 4 am. Have been working these hours for years so I would be able to pick my son up from school in the afternoon. Its just habit now even when he's off. Have a great nite all. Julio
