Guess I'm the only one in town this weekend, B 1/2 cup of Wheat Chex with 1/2 cup of one percent milk. S Protien shake L 1/2 cup steamed broccili with 2 oz's sausage Turkey hot dog, no bun, 1/3 cup cole slaw Went to gym today with my son. Lazy day today. Will take a little sun, then maybe a bike ride. Hi Julio! We had a terrific weekend. Went to the Irish Festival in Glastonbury yesterday, Friday night went bowling with Latoya (lemme tell you guys, she looks FABULOUS!). Today was more of a lazy do laundry day. Oh, and I exercised my buns off yesterday. Hit the gym for a step class and weights. I'm a little sore today! B - 1 egg with cheese, 1 slice of bacon and 1/4 of a bagel. L - broccoli, beef and a little rice D - not sure yet - probably a salad S - not sure yet - need to hit the grocery store! Hi Tammy! Glad you had a good time at the Irish Festival. Same here as far as laundry day. A Big "ATTA GIRL!" for those 94 pounds you have said goodbye to! Quite the accomplishment! I was looking at myself in the mirror the other morning and was happily surprized as the the changes that have taken place. I must admit I am feeling a bit colder these days and finding clothes that fit properly is getting more challenging all the time. Really don't want to be clothes shopping till I reach and maintain my goal weight. But all in all its a fun ride we all have signed on to on this weight loss train.
