A silly liquids question

Do protein drinks count toward the water goals? I know I am supposed to know this but for the life of me I can't remember and now I am thinking that maybe this is why I feel so "dry" and dehydraded at times.

Yup, it does. Remember it's not just "water" it's "fluids." I have a list from my dietician if you'd like it. ~Robin

Hi, Christina! Any liquid that has no caffeine counts towards our fluids for the day. But your body may need more some days based on variables like the temperature, humidity, your level of activity, the amount of sodium in the food you ate, etc. Are you still planning to come to the Hamden meeting tomorrow night?
