Okay im going to try posting B- Half of a Ham, Egg and Cheese Sandwich (i did eat some of the bread) S- South Beach Diet Bar - 10 Grams L- Mozz Cheese Stick and Piece of Turkey - ??? S-SF Jello D-Not sure yet, i usually just eat whatever "meat" we cook, probably a burger with cheese and no bun with a few bites of salad I vow to try and drink all my water today!! Hi Joanie I was busy at work this morning. I will stay home this weekend and will catch up around our house. B Low carb slim fast protein drink s morning start protien bar L Chilli with ceddar cheese from Wendy S mozz cheese stick D Cod Lion with summer squash S Simple smart milk and WATER Will do powerwalking tonight with my dog then will meet my trainer tomorrow morning at gym. B - 1/2 low carb breakfast wrap (sausage, egg and cheese) L - 1/2 low carb breakfast wrap D - left of meatloaf with some lettuce The low carb sandwich are good but I try not to have them all the time. But I been so good this week that I deserve it!!! Walking today if not the walking tape

Well, I can offically post my food log and excerise since I am almost 2 weeks pot op.... I am still under Dr's care so I went walking with my son for a mile today and maybe a mile later B- 2oz carnation protien drink L Ricotta cheese with a little homemade sauce S SF Fudgicle D Ricotta cheese with a small meatball and lots of water or crystal light

Hi Barbara!, looks like your doing really well. Good for you! B Hi folks, got up a little early today so treated myself to a pan fried egg with a slice of LF cheese. Was scrumpcious! L Had a 1/2 Grilled Fillet with a few tablespoons of green beans. S My beagle and I shared a string cheese. D The other half of that Grilled Fillet with a small salad. No gym today, came home from work, did a few chores and showered. Was a long week, looking forward to the weekend. Take care and have a great evening! Julio

Hey everyone, Getting ready for our trip to Great Adventure tomorrow, Erin is so excited. I can't wait to get there and walk around and enjoy the day with my family. B: Atkins Orange Creme Protein Shake S: rest of shake L: Lean Cuisine Mexican meal with rice S: zone bar D: rest of mexican meal S: rest of zone bar Lots of Fuze drinks today, and of course my good ole Propels.
