Below goal!!!

I have been lurking here for over a year and a half. I do post, but rarely. I want to thank everyone for their support and this valuable site for information.. I so wanted to go to the get together at Harkness to meet all of my mentors but I was away that week. I just came back from the most spectacular vacation I have ever had. For the first time I wasn't tugging on my clothes, afraid to look in a mirror, or too self conscous to enjoy myself. I had so much energy and I even came back from a cruise 5 lbs lighter. I am so thankful for this surgery. In spite of my back injury that happened during surgery this has been well worth it. I am down 115 lbs and down 10 sizes. I know you have all heard this time and time again but I truly have my life back. Dr A was right. He told me if I did exactly what he said I wouldn't get sick and I would lose. I did and I have!!! Thanx to all. I just had to shout this from the mountain tops. Linnie

Hi Linnie, I remember to see you in the hall when I visited Terri at hospital. I am veyr proud of you and CONGRATS for your weight goal below and enjoy your life more than before you had this surgery. Dr Aranow is an great doctor and he does care about us as his patients.
