Hi Everybody, I just use pure whey protien that I buy from GNC. I mix it into my powdered non fat milk and make shakes. Comes in vanilla and chocolate. Tastes great too. 2 scoops give you 40 grams of protien so its a nice suppliment when you don't get enough in your day. The best part is joining the gold club at GNC gets you nice discounts. A 6 pound container sells for around 25 dollars. Just my 2 cents into the conversation. Take Care, Julio

Yes, a co-worker tried it and hated it, sorry!!! She threw it out before I could try it, she did give some to another co-worker who had the surgery and she didn't care for it either. Water Sensations are nasty tasting too at least to me and I gave mine away. Hope you have better luck!!

The interesting thing about this product is that it's only 3 Ounces for 25 grams of protein. WHICH IS PRETTY DARN GOOD> Now, personally, I don't think ANY protein supplement tastes good. They ALL have some level of disgusting to them. BUT, I'd much rather drink down 3 oz of gross in 2 minutes than sip on 12 or 15 ounces of kinda gross for 20 minutes. Know what I mean? & GNC powders??- eeeeewwww, they make me nauseous just THINKING aobut them! But that's me. Saying a protein shake tastes gross is like saying water has no flavor. It's a big old, "Yeah, so, what's your point?..." It's all relative. I don't know anyone who has tried them, so I'd be interested in your thoughts about tolerability. I certainly wouldn't expect them to taste GOOD. But, tolerable would be something to write home about. Keep us updated.
