It's been 8 mos since I first met with Dr Aranow I had surgery on 3/29/05 and today I weighed in and have lost 101 lbs since Dec and 81 since surgery. Yeah me. Just had to post, it's been a crappy few weeks and this is a nice bright spot for me.
