Js Food Log/Ks Exercise Log
I got an email from Kathy today-she was in the airport in Fla on hr way home. Sounds like she had a great time there.
I did not log on Fitday yeserday--will do it later and report back to ya. Here is my plan today
B-cottage cheese
S-hard boiled egg
L-grilled chicken and side salad
S-turkey cheese roll up
D-meatloaf and vegies (squash)
I walked 2 miles yesterday--hopefully meeting my friend for water exercise tonight at the pool.

Okay I have been out of the loop my dad was here for 5 weeks and I have been really really bad. I am currently 196, and I am going to start eating differently today and go back to the gym. Oh my gosh I have ate bad things . It's going to be hard to stop eating those carbs and sugar (yes sugar) but I have to do it for myself. I will keep you posted...
Hello All!
Today is my three month anniversary and I am down 55lbs!!! I can't believe it. I feel really good other than still being a bit tired by the end of the day! What a gift this surgery has given me and thanks to the Board and my family for all of the continuous support!!
B: 3oz yogurt
L: 2oz cheese with four slices of ham and 4 triscuits
S: nectarine
D: insides of a taco
S: 8oz simply smart milk
Working tonight, so I will walk with Leslie Sansone when I get home.

Hi Joanie Didn't get to fitday today either, my menu today was as follows.
B 1 poached egg with a half slice of cheese ib a small all wheat pita
L 2 oz's tuna with a teaspoon of miracle whip and a touch of green onion with 4 cheery tomato's
S A small piece of chedder cheese, about an ounce.
D Lettce, tomato, a few drops of olive oil and a touch of parmesan cheese in a small whole wheat pita
Went to gym today, went thru my circut. Lots of fluids today. So hot! Will spend the rest of the day just chiling out. Have a great nite all!
