Js Food Log/Ks Exercise Log
Hi gang
Took the weekend off from Fitday...but I was very good. I have seriously cut out my carbs this past week. They were really becoming an addiction again. I can't say my craving is gone--but its easier. I took 2 walks yesterday. Three miles in the morning and two miles in the evening....I took Fri/Sat off from exercise..which is rare for me. Tonight is water aerobics-going to try to get a 1 mile walk in before I go.
Here is the plan for today..back to Fitday..and will report in reverse tomorrow
B-cottage cheese 1/2 cup
S-hard boiled egg
L-grilled chicken on a small salad w/lite dressing
S-string cheese wrapped with turkey breast-mustard
D-broccoli and cheese-squash
S-cucumber

Had my propel and fuze drinks today. My teeth are still killing me, am going back to the dentist at 4pm. The vicadin is not working as good as it should, I hope nothing more is wrong.
Well no exercise tonight, just vegging after dentist. Will catch up tomorrow on my walking.

Hi Joanie, Had to take some of my food stats from packages as I couldn't find them on fitday.
B 1/2 cup Kashi Crunch cereal with 1/2 cup of fat free milk.
L 3 oz's of shrimp with cup of broth and green onion.
S 1 small whole wheat Pita with a small piece of chedder cheese
D 3 oz of Tuna fish with 1 tablespoon of Miracle Whip in a small whole wheat pita. A few cherry tomato's on the side

Carbs 55
Pro 65
When I make my meals I usually make a few of the same thing put into tuppawear containers so I can just grab something out of the fridge rather than making tiny meals one at a time. Real time saver .
No gym today as I went yesterday. Will take molly for a walk after dinner. Have a great nite all.
Hi Joanie and Everyone
I still have no appetite to speak of. It's been like this for the whole weekend. Have no idea why. All I can think of is they have me on Morphine and Vicodin for my back and maybe it's taking my appetite away. I'm forcing myself to eat bars.

Hope everyone had a good Monday! I did, considering I have been reassinged at work and wasn't too happy about it in the beginning but I think it is going to work out!
